Dyeing & Finishing
We have outsource friend and family dying house. which fully meet our dyeing requirements. We can dye cotton fabric on fully computerized high temperature jet-dyeing machines, as well as dye all kinds of synthetic fabrics including polyester. A well equipped laboratory ensures all dyed fabric is properly checked, as per buyer’s requirements, for factors such as shrinkage, colour fastness, etc
CUTTING
Cutting department is equipped with the CAD / CAM system for pattern designing and grading. Its auto lay marking and plotting is state of the art technology. parallel our manual laying and cutting production runs parallel to meet the needs of stitching
PRINTING
Phenomenal and esthetic tints are put on different kind of fabric in Printing department where we have the facility of Screen Printing, DTF, DTG, Digital and heat transfer. Printing department is equipped with state of the art automatic printing machines.
STITCHING
With 10 stitching lines, manned with the most skilled and expert operators. The Quality control and Quality Assurance departments are in place to make sure the company’s objective of zero defect. hat is an important factor of growth and customer’s satisfaction
PACKING & SHIPPING
Our Packing unit is working under the supervision of skilled unit managers and well equipped with latest machinery and we packing keeping in mind international safety rules. We ship with couriers, by air and Bulk shipment by sea, LCL, FOB, CIF, DPD
